Please join me at my new website!

In case you weren't aware, I have two photography blogs on the go. One is devoted to the D700 and the other the Pentax K10D, the camera I had before I bought the Nikon. It isn't the best arrangement so I've brought the two together into one new blog, Photography Matters. I'll still be writing about Nikon and Pentax stuff but I'll be able to widen my approach rather than being restricted to just two marques.

I've also scanned a lot of old catalogues from the likes of Leica and Rolleiflex and added scans of some film camera reviews. This is something I've been meaning to do for a while but it has been difficult finding the time. I've got loads more stuff like that which I'll be adding in the coming weeks. The website isn't finished yet but it's sufficiently far on that I felt it was time to make the switchover. And it is a New Year and time for a fresh start, and all that.

So, from now on, D700 Snapper will exist only as an archive (although all the posts here have been archived on the new website as well). This will be The Last Post (cue bugle).

See you at Photography Matters!
